| Story | Director Padam Kumar is promising us his latest flick, Supari which stars Uday Chopra and pitted against him is none other than thinking actress, Nadita Das. The cast of the film also includes Rahul Dev, Channel V presenter Purab and newcomer Nauheed. The music has been composed by Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani. Uday Chopra can be seen in a different role than he has been doing so far in this low bugeted, hard hitting film Supari. Initially the film shows the youngsters having fun and enjoying life, the story tracks their uneasy move into dodgy dealings. It tells the story about four best friends Aryan, Papad, Mushir and Chicken who live in Mumbai. Unfortunately they get into debt and owe a huge sum of money to Mamta Sekhri, a fierce woman involved with the underworld. With no hope of finding money to pay back Mamta, the friends are forced into doing various nasty and ruthless jobs for the woman. They become hunters and slowly their personalities change for the worse. Then one of them decides to leave the gang and try to live an honest life&hellipa decision that turns friends into enemies. Supari has made headlines as Maduri Dixit and Arjun Rampal were slated to be the part of the film. |
