| Story | A young deaf-and-dumb man (Sanjeev Kumar) meets a pretty girl (Jaya Bhaduri) in the market, shopping for vegetables and falls in love with her. To his pleasant surprise, he discovers that she is similarly handicapped. They fall in love and get married. When their son is born, they are desperate to know whether he is also impaired.
