| Story | Kailash (Raaj Kumar) and Kamal (Rajendra Kumar) are two brothers who live in a joint family along with their parents. Their mother (Lalita Pawar) is an overbearing woman who wants everything to go the way she wants it to. When Kailash marries a nice girl, his possessive mother makes life miserable for the young couple. Kamal falls in love with a pretty classmate, Usha (Asha Parekh) and he is determined that history doesn’t repeat itself. But more misunderstandings follow and Kamal is accused of having an affair with his sister-in-law…..This melodramatic family story is directed by South Indian superhit film-maker S S Vasan. The music is composed by Ravi and includes ‘Husn Wale Tera Jawab Nahi’ and the evergreen ‘Dadi Amma Dadi Amma Maan Jaa.’ |
