| Story | A millionaire businessman (Shreeram Lagoo) neglects his only child, but constantly fears that the boy will be kidnapped. Into this child&rsquos lonely life comes a teacher, Shalu (Hema Malini), who feels that a boarding school is the best place for the boy.
