| Story | In a village, Thakur Dharamraj (Anil Kapoor) is the village head and his word is regarded as law. His two brothers Arjun (Anil Kapoor) and Mukul (Harish) treat him as God, obey him and carry out his instructions mutely in reverence. Arjun marries Meena (Raveena Tandon), the daughter of a business tycoon (Kulbhushan Kharbanda). She is taught the realities and duties of the household by Dharamraj's wife (Rekha). Things begin to topsy-turvy when a damsel commits suicide in the village and the blame falls squarely on Arjun. An infuriated Dharamraj banishes Arjun from the household and the village. How Arjun clears his name forms the rest of the story. |
